Pardon Refused. – Governor Smith has refused a grant the application for the pardon of Henry Hungerford, convicted at Judge Lyons Court some time since of being interested in the exhibition of the game of faro, and sentenced to a fine of $1,000 and sixty days imprisonment in the city jail.
