Arrival of Wounded Negroes. – Twenty-odd of Burnside’s negro troops, who were wounded in an engagement a few days since near Petersburg and fell into our hands, were brought to this city yesterday afternoon. Their wounds are generally of the worst character. They were sent to the hospital connected with Castle Thunder. Those of the negro prisoners who were not wounded have been sent to Salisbury, North Carolina.
