Major W. L. Cabell, C. S. A. – We learn that Major W. L. Cabell, of the Confederate Army, whose store houses are on Pearl street, has already in hand provisions of all kinds, of the best quality, to supply 10,000 men for the space of three months. Major Cabell was lately an officer in the "U. S." service, and was then said to be one of the first officers of his age in that army.
