A VALUABLE TOBACCO FACTORY, on the north side of Main, between 26th and 27th streets, at Auction. – We will sell upon the premises, on THURSDAY, the 26th day of December, commencing at 4 o'clock P. M., the valuable three story Tobacco Factory, on the north side of Main, between 26th and 27th streets lately in the occupancy of J. W. Atkinson, Esq. It fronts on Main street 70 feet, and runs back 150 feet.

TERMS – One fourth cash; the balance at 6, 12, and 13 months, for negotiable notes, with interest added, and secured by a trust deed.
