The Election. – The polls will be opened tomorrow at sunrise in the different wards: In Jefferson, at the Old Market; in Madison, at the City Hall, and in Monroe, at Lacey’s Carpenter Shop, on Broad street. The citizen cannot probably do better, either for himself or the candidates, than to “vote early.”
