PRISONER SHOT AT. - One of the Zouaves, at the prison depot, on Main street, persisted, yesterday, in disregard of positive orders, in holding a conversation, from an upper window, with persons in the street. The sentinel admonished him to desist, and, in reply, received a volley of abuse, mingled with oaths. The sentinel instantly raised his musket and fired at the scamp, but the ball missed him and passed through the floor above, in close proximity to another prisoner, who was stretched out upon the floor, seeking repose. Some of the prisoners are very saucy and "need taking down a peg or two."
