NATIONAL HOSPITAL. - Before Congress adjourns, some provision should be made for the permanent care and maintenance of the disabled soldiers of the Confederate Army. A place suitable for an hospital, (after the manner of Greenwich, in England,) should be purchased; or at least, a committee should be appointed to investigate the subject, and report at the next session. One of the minor watering places in the mountains of Virginia would perhaps be adapted for the purpose.
