DISTINGUISHED ARRIVAL. – The Hon. Wm. H. Seward, Secretary of State, arrived in Richmond yesterday morning, on the Government steamer, River Queen. He was attended by several members of his family, and rumor says, that the object of his visit was to confer with Generals Turner and Terry, but on what subject we have not been able to learn. The object of his visit being accomplished he returned in the afternoon on the steamer that conveyed him to this city.
