THE LITCHFIELD EXCURSIONISTS. – The Litchfield (Ct.) excursionists, who reached Richmond on Wednesday evening, started in omnibuses and carriages yesterday, furnished by Messrs. Garber & Co., for Cold Harbor, where they spent the day in examining and going over the field. They returned last evening, and to-day will continue their observations in the city.
